Gag from last week:
Due to the confirmation of one colleague infecting the H1N1 virus,
Personnel (hereby referred as HR) have sent out an email informing
all colleagues and reminding them to be alert.
However, HR have written the subject wrong:

rather than "ALERT Response Level for H1N1 Virus"

Everyone thought it was another colleague who was not sick
and for me, it was even worse, I am just one seat away from him...

Anyhow, the CFO rectified this and changed the subject....
