What is team work?

Well, to my understanding, team work involves communication, collaboration and compromise on thoughts. However, pathetically, some Hong Kong people, in particular a lot of ladies, don't take others' thoughts carefully nor respect what their arguments are. Well, being still at a young age, I started a small quarrel, but then it ended in a adult-way. No one cared. So, consequence is? Your argument will remain legitimate, and your colleagues will accept it. However, the one who quarelled with you will never! What shall be done? Nothing, other than smoothing it down with work... hopefully! This is work life!
